Toastmasters International is a world leading non-profit educational organisation. Toastmasters International offers a program of communication and leadership projects designed for its members to become more effective communicators, listeners and leaders. The members develop their skills through combination of speeches practice, feedback and leadership projects.
The first Toastmasters club was established in 1924 in California, USA by its founder Ralph Smedley. From a single club the organisation grew worldwide and it currently operates in 145 countries serving over 350,000 members.
